Saturday, May 30, 2009 at 4:30 and 6:15 PM* 

*Dancers should arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of their show.

Theatre doors will open for guests at 4 PM. Please do not attempt to enter the theatre prior to 4 PM as the technical crew will still be in the set-up process (running wires, etc.). Anyone found in the theatre prior to this time will be asked to leave and re-enter after 4 PM. Guests for the 6:15 PM show may enter after the theatre is cleared from the earlier show.
  Location: West Bloomfield High School Auditorium
Orchard Lake Road between Walnut (16 Mile) and Lone Pine (17 Mile)
  Format: We present two unique shows with a 15 minute break between shows. The 4:30 PM Show features our youngest dancers and runs approximately 1.5 hours. The 6:15 PM show features our older dancers and will run less than 1.5 hours. Please check the programs posted at the studio to determine which show(s) your dancer(s) are slated for.
  Admission: All guests (including parents) must purchase a ticket. Complimentary tickets for the 6:15 PM show will be provided to guests with dancers in both shows, provided they have purchased tickets for the 4:30 PM show.             

TICKET PRICES: 

$10 each, Open Seating
$50 for a set of 6 tickets, Open Seating
$80 for a set of 10 tickets, Open Seating
  Program: Business Ads, $10 each, and Dancer messages, $1 each, will be accepted for inclusion in the program. Deadline for submission is May 10, 2009.
  Flowers: $10 Bouquets will be on sale in the lobby. Since we usually sell-out, we will accept pre-orders this year at the studio up until May 20th to guarantee availability.
  Photos: No flash photography during the performances. Guests who do not cooperate with this request may be asked to leave the theatre. Flashes interfere with the proper functioning of the video equipment and are a danger to the dancers.
  Video: Both shows will be professionally filmed and edited together into one final version. Videos orders can be placed at the studio, at dress rehearsal, or in the theatre lobby before, during, and after the shows. Checks for $25 for DVD (no VHS available) should be made payable to Gary Wrobleski. Your order will be mailed to your home within 6-8 weeks of the show. NO PERSONAL VIDEO TAPING WILL BE ALLOWED ON RECITAL NIGHT. Guests who do not cooperate with this request may be asked to leave the theatre. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
